Design and Analysis of Clinical Trials
This workshop is an introduction to statistics as applied to clinical trials. Different types of measurements and related statistics will be explained and demonstrated. In particular, the program will cover the reasons and uses of randomization and related statistical tests. The trainee will be able to interpret the results of statistical evaluation of a study, to judge the strength of the results as well as to take an active role in the planning of a study.

This workshop is ideal for anyone involved in the planning, monitoring or evaluation of clinical trials, particular study managers, project managers, medical writers, clinical monitors, data managers and regulatory managers.
